This Privacy Policy describes how Davide Gambardella (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of users (“you”) who visit the website https://redavide1982cards.com (the “Website”) or send a quote request through it.
The Website is an online catalogue of collectible phonecards. You can browse the catalogue, add items to your cart and send a quote request. No payment is taken on the Website and no sale is concluded through it: every quote request is answered personally by email.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Italian privacy laws.

The Website does not process payments. When you send a quote request, we reply by email with a quote.
