Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Section 01
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as the items in your cart. Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (which remain on your device for a set period).
Section 02
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies only to ensure the correct functioning of the Website: keeping your cart and your quote request list, managing your session and, if you have an account, your login.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, remarketing or profiling purposes.
Section 03
Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Essential / Necessary cookies
Strictly required for the Website to function correctly. Without them, the Website cannot operate as intended. They are used to:
- Remember the items in your cart and in your quote request list (shop system cookies)
- Keep your session active while you navigate the Website
- Keep you logged in, if you have an account
- Protect forms and the login area against abuse
3.2 Cookie consent preference
Your choice on the cookie banner is saved in your browser’s local storage (not in a cookie), so that the banner is not shown again on your next visits.
3.3 Analytics cookies
None. We do not use Google Analytics or any other web analytics tool.
3.4 Third-party cookies
None. The Website does not embed videos, maps, social widgets or other third-party content that could set cookies. The links to external websites (our Delcampe store, our Facebook page, the Worldwide Phonecards Collectors Club) take you to those websites, which apply their own cookie policies.
Section 04
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Via our cookie banner: when you first visit the Website, a cookie banner informs you about the cookies in use and lets you record your choice. You can open it again at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Via your browser: you can also instruct your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Please refer to your browser’s help pages:
Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect the correct functioning of the Website.
Section 05

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
